Tobias Luetke will reveal how a tiny five-person company can build a project that is in direct competition with some of the largest budgeted software projects on the planet by outsourcing parts of the development to a passionate open source crowd, and how to take this style to the next level by using it on non-programmer types. This has been dubbed "crowd sourcing."
